Flat Cable Automatic Stripping and Splitting Machine

This machine is specially designed for crimping terminals of flat wires. It can process up to 20Pin wires, and the wires do not need to be stripped and divided in advance. The operator only needs to put the cable head into the jig, and the machine can automatically complete the actions of splitting, stripping and crimping the flat wire. One machine can process a variety of different products, and the cable fixtures need to be customized according to the wire. Since the machine has its own splitting and stripping functions, it not only reduces the process flow and improves the efficiency, but also helps to improve the stability of the machine, avoiding the instability caused by the deformation of the pre-stripped and split wires during the handling process.

The workmanship of the whole machine is precise, the translation, wire splitting, stripping and other mechanisms are driven by motors, and the positioning is precise. The parameters such as stripping length,  cutting depth, splitting length, and crimping position can be set in the program, without manual adjustment of screws. The color touch screen operation interface, the program memory function can save the processing parameters of different products in the database, and the corresponding processing parameters can be called out with one key when switching products. The machine is also equipped with an automatic paper reel, terminal strip cutting and waste suction device, which can keep the working environment clean.
